About the PCSM Research Hub
The PCSM Research Hub promotes, supports, and funds health research in partnership with the University of Cumbria and Imperial College London, supported by NIHR Imperial BRC.
Since 2025 through to 2028, the Research Hub is:
- Supporting NMAHP (Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Professions) and health-related MRes degrees,
- Funding predoctoral fellowships and PhD studentships at the University of Cumbria,
- Providing funding for collaborative research projects, led by Principal Investigators from both the University and our NHS partners,
- Running a webinar series showcasing leading health researchers working in and with Cumbria,
- Fostering a healthcare research culture in Cumbria through support and collaboration.
