Biography
Henry joined PCSM as the Placement Officer for the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine in May 2025. After working as a secondary school Biology teacher (PGCE QTS), Henry gained his MA(Ed) at Durham University and spent a decade working in various Awarding Organisations in London and Lancashire across roles including: customer services, project & product management, Quality Assurance and compliance.
His interest in medical training grew following exposure to Quality Assurance work on accredited UK Dental Nursing qualifications and latterly supporting Lancaster University Medical School with student admission interviews and Quality Assurance of regional medical placements. He comes from a medical family and enjoys exploring the Lake District with his family, kayaking and gourmet BBQs.
